Meet Bud Simmons. Bud is an author and is a supporter of Carver Community Center of Florala. Bud is a Special Recognition Member - which is a member that donates at least $500 in one year. Bud has been a Special Recognition Member for 2 - 3 years. Recently Bud donated to purchase cookies from the Carver Community Center of Florala Youth Club.
The youth club sold out of cookies and were asked when the event would be repeated. The children were excited. I think they want to do it again. Thanks to Bud Simmons and others like him who supported the Carver Community Center Youth Club (CCCYC)

Our Events:

On this page we will showcase past events. Carver Community Center participates in various events throughout the year. We have floats in such events as MLK Day, Christmas Parade and July 4th Parade. We also hold events at the Center such as Halloween. Easter Sunday, Black History Month, Fundraising Dinners for the Center as well as for others. We will showcase pictures of our past events here.
